My name is Rachael, and I am the founder and creator of More Than Enough, and I'm so excited to share this journey with you.

 

I'm a Christian, Registered Nurse, and a proud mother of a 17 year old. My passion lies in uplifting others through encouragement and sharing the transformative power of Biblical scripture. Pairing with positive affirmations and declarations, I believe this can reshape our mindset, creating new neuropathways in the brain-a process backed by science (more to come with that for all of us science people) therefore changing the way we deal with everyday life.  Through faith and practical support, I'm here to inspire hope and growth in women and girls so they can see that they too, are more than enough!

 

What started as a simple idea to send encouraging messages has become so much more than that, allowing us to reach and help women from all walks of life. Thank you for being a part of this journey and there's more to come! ​
